I fortunately haven't had to use them but bought 4 for people in my family. I feel much safer with them on hand. We live in an area prone to wildfires, so I also ordered the flame shields. Very durable bright red material to help first responders locate you through the smoke and fire 🔥
Our power recently went out and I didn't have my flashlights charged up. That no longer will happen now that I have Prepared Hero Backup lights throughout our home. Thank you so much for this amazing product! Nurse Laurie
Just something to give my college freshman neighbour for my piece of mind
Got my first one for a Christmas present. Thought that’s a strange present. Hung on hook in kitchen and thankfully we had it when we had a fire on top of stove. It put the fire right out. I now buy them as presents for everyone.
These lights are rated to give "up to 3 hours of light" during a power outage. I was skeptical about buying them, but figured if it goes dark, any amount of light is better than no light! I bought 6, and put them in the kitchen, hall, living-room, craft room, and the bedrooms. They sat there plugged in for a week, but then I thought "what if they don't actually work as intended"?? SO I unplugged them, and a very bright light immediately turned on. I left them laying on the floor in each room, and noted it was 4:20 pm. Checked after 3 hours. Still going strong! I continued to check every hour, and I had enough light to see everything in the room all the way to 9pm. at 10pm the light was yellow rather than bright white, and the room was dimmer like a warm night light, but I could STILL maneuver around a large room by carrying it with me. I have no idea what time it actually went dark, because I went to bed at 10:30, feeling like my purchase was worth every penny I paid for these lights! Since there is an on- off button on these, I can work between any outage by using them strategically, turning them on & off as I move between rooms if the outage is extensive. I can also feel confident about highly recommending these for peace of mind and emergency situations! I've bought many items from Prepared Hero over the years, and never been disappointed.
This is my second purchase for my kinswomen. My first purchase went to my immediate family. This will go to my cousins and their girls.
Just a couple of days after I received my Backup Light my power went out. The Backup Light came on right away and I was able to use the flashlight to manually open my garage door. Everyone needs this! I bought several more to give as gifts.
I received my order initially Short one item, but after quick review, they promptly sent me the second one. Everything seems to work great.
Just received mine. Haven’t had the chance to use it yet but I’m thinking of all the places it could come in handy other than hotels/air B&B. Inside cars, restaurant bathrooms for starters. Think this will give me peace of mind.
Absolutely love the night lights and especially when you walk by them and they increase the light. Great!!!!
The fire blanket is a great alternative to the traditional fire extinguisher. And, it leaves no mess. Theoretically, you can continue cooking soon after the fire is extinguished.
I have not plugged any of mine in yet. I did give 2 as gift and she loves them. She thanked me profusely for giving them to her.
So far, I like what I see. I just put them down near most of my faucets are but I haven't had an issue with them, right now. I just placed another order for more of them since I have alot of areas to put them. They are extremely loud, so they should work and you do get notification to your email and text messages when it does go off. Will advise if any issues come up.
They are conveniently and ready to use in case of an incident.
great product I had a kitchen grease fire last week and used it and put out the fire
I purchased 4 more
Received your order as promised and the nightlights works perfectly.
